– Once you’ve decided to hire Plamen as your Personal Trainer, we book your first set of sessions. It is possible to pay as you go, but bulk bookings award substantial discounts.
Step 4) Training
– Plamen will design a special training program based around your schedule and goals, as well as a personalised diet plan if opted for.
